BLOCKED TOILET? If your toilet is blocked please click here for a tip on unblocking, if that fails please report, please note baby wipes, toilet wipes kitchen roll etc should NOT be flushed down a toilet they do not break up like toilet roll and will block the plumbing especially in older drains, if we find a blockage is caused by this you may be charged. TIP an old mop makes an ideal plunger for this job.
Outside drains, make sure all the grates outside your property are clear of debris, leaves etc, most grates are removable for cleaning etc.
